Absolutely! If you are local to Northern Colorado, I am very flexible on how you can use your retainer as long as it makes sense and we communicate. You can stop by the office regularly to meet with me, we can do a mix of both virtual and in person, if you are somewhere else in the world outside of Colorado, we can communicate through different chat apps like Voxer, WhatsApp, text messaging, as well as do our sessions on Zoom or Phone. There is really no limit to how we can connect, I am very flexible to whatever you feel most comfortable with and whatever will support your healing the most.
