Individual sessions are available worldwide by phone or video, or in person at the DGT Wellness office in Fort Collins, CO located at 19 Old Town Square. Individual sessions are tailored fully to you, and will include whatever you need including:

Group healing sessions, live classes, and energy experiences: offered alongside private work to help you regulate, reconnect, and rise with other like minded individuals. These experiences are available periodically, and can be a great way to get support and breakthroughs before you are ready to commit to deep one on one work.
